Overview
An original character armor concept blending disciplined Seinen manga line weights with hard-surface mechanical rendering and luminous accent detailing.
The Challenge
The client needed a flagship hero design that read clearly at both thumbnail and full-page scale: detailed enough to feel genuinely mechanical, yet clean enough to stay legible when shrunk down.
The Approach
I worked the silhouette first, layered the mechanical plating in a second pass, then resolved lighting with a controlled cyan and violet accent scheme so the piece held together at any size.
